Pale yellow with a green tinge, the nose reveals gooseberry, tomato leaf, and nettles. The palate is bright and layered with grapefruit and granadilla, with a long, crisp salty oyster shell minerality — a hallmark of the cool Elim terroir.

Tasting Notes:

A beautiful classic Chardonnay from Robertson Valley made by Martin and Welma Smith. Luscious aromas of lemon verbena, cling peaches, orange blossoms, and freshly baked bread.  Its rich and creamy texture is balanced with a bright acidity with a delicious long lingering finish.

Tasting Notes:

A maiden vintage for Stefan Johannes and family, now located on Lammershoek farm in the Swartland.    This is a delicious and generous blend of Shiraz, Carignan and Mourvedre, showing ripe plums and dark cherry with sweet spice and tobacco.   A full bodied wine with fine tannins, blackberry cassis and mocha.

Tasting Notes:

Brilliant blackberry, blueberry and violets on the nose, with concenetrated yet refined dark fruit, Savoury spice and integrated tannins, ending in a long and elegant finish.

A classic Stellenbosch Cabernet displaying eucalyptus, cranberries and black cherries. A full and rich palate,  meaty and opulent, with coated structured tannins and a powerful finish.
